Pour rice into 13"X9"X2" pan and spread evenly. Arrange chicken, cut up into serving sized pieces, in pan. Mix mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and chicken broth together in bowl. Pour over chicken and rice and mix together. Cover, venting one corner of pan. Bake at 400 until chicken is done and rice is tender, about one hour. Cover may be carefully removed the last 5-10 minutes of cooking.
