Lemon Pepper Tuna over Pasta

Introduction

This recipe came off of the back of Tuna Creations pack. I usually put it over a sala but this sounded good and it can be eaten at Lunch or Dinner. Ingredients

    1 pouch of StarKist Tuna Creations Zesty Lemon Pepper
    8 oz of pasta, (such as fettuccini) I used Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat linguine
    1/2 t minced garlic
    1 c French cut green beans
    2 T extra virgin olive oil
    1 red bell pepper, sliced
    Dash thyme
    Dash salt (optional) I didn't I used extra garlic

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain when al'dente. Meanwhile, in a medium skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and peppers and saute' for
1-2 minutes until crisp. Add green beans, tuna, thyme, and salt. Heat for 1-2 minutes or until hot. Add drained pasta and serve.
