Ingredients



    * *100% Multi-Grain Bread - Sara Lee Delightful (2 slices), 4 serving (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *philadelphia 1/3 less fat cream cheese, 8 tbsp (remove)
    * *Great Value Raspberry Jam, 4 tbsp (remove)
    * *Mrs Butterworths Sugar Free Syrup, 8 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Mix egg with cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix cream cheese and jam in separate bowl. Take a slice of bread and spread some cream cheese mixture on it and place another piece of bread over top making a sandwich. Dip sandwich in egg mixture and cook on both sides until done. You can even add milk to the egg mixture to make more fluffy if you please, its not in the calculations. Serve warm with syrup! Enjoy...makes 4 servings.
