2 Tbs. Light margarine or butter
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
2 c. fresh mushrooms (about 6oz)
1 Medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 Can (103/4 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup 98% Fat Free
1/2 c. lite sour cream
4 c. cooked whole wheat egg noodles
Reduce heat to medium and add remaining 1 tablespoon of margarine, mushrooms and onion, cook until tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring often.
Stir in soup and sour cream. Heat to boiling. Return chicken to skillet. Add in noodles, stirring well until every thing is incorporated.
