Mini Pizzas - Ham & Pineapple - Under 160 calories each!!!

Introduction

This recipe is awesome and very easy to make! My family loved it, and my husband said, "It's just like eating real pizza!"

The information above is for only one pizza, but when you buy the ingredients, there will be enough for at least 8 servings.

The shopping list is pretty simple:
Earth Grains Thin Buns 100% Wheat (8 buns = 16 pizzas)
1 bottle of Contadina Pizza Squeeze Pizza Sauce
1 can of Dole Pineapple Chunks
1 block of low-cal Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
1 package of ham (We used Healthy Ones Deli Thin-Sliced Honey Ham)
Any fresh veggies you'd like on it.

Ingredients

    These ingredients are for two mini pizzas:
    Earth Grains Thin Buns (1 set)
    1/4 cup Contadina Pizza Squeeze Pizza Sauce
    1/4 cup Dole Pineapple Chunks
    1 oz. Lucerne Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
    2 slices Healthy Ones Deli Thin-Sliced Honey Ham, chopped


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Open thin buns and place face-up on cookie sheet.
Spray Thin Buns with Olive Oil Cooking Spray.
Bake for 5 minutes until slightly brown.
Remove and top in this order:
Pizza Sauce - Spread around evenly on both halves
Shredded Cheese - sprinkle evenly on both halves
Pineapple & Ham - as desired on both halves*

Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.

* Feel free to add veggies. I added chopped Roma tomatoes, chopped green bell peppers, and sliced/chopped mushrooms. When it was done, I topped it with green onions. Mmmm good!
