Steak Salad

Introduction

Inspired by the Quizno's Beef & Bleu salad Inspired by the Quizno's Beef & Bleu salad
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    7 oz. cooked premier beef
    2.5 oz organic spring salad mix
    1.5 oz blue cheese
    1/2 pita
    10 grape tomatoes
    1/4 c green pepper
    1/4 c red onion
    1/4 c fresh cilantro
    dab of Gold 'n Soft Spread
    sprinkle of salt
    sprinkle of oregano

Directions

1. Toss salad mix with pepper, onion and cilantro.
2. Mix with light balsamic dressing
3. Microwave beef
4. Add tomatoes to salad
5. Spread a very light coating of vegetable spread on pita, sprinkle on salt and oregano, heat in microwave for 15 seconds, then cut into small slices
6. Add blue cheese, pita pieces, and beef
