Ingredients

1½ cabbage, shredded
1 med potato, cubed
2 tsp salt
2 tbs cooking margarine
1 tbs fresh lemon juice
1 med onion, finely chopped
Directions
Boil cabbage, potato and onion until soft. Add salt, butter and lemon juice and stir to mix. Press fine with masher.
