Curry and Rice

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups White Rice, long grain
    500g Ground beef
    1 medium Onions, chopped
    1 (200g) Tomatoes, can
    1 tsp Salt
    1 dash Black Pepper
    6 tsp Granulated Sugar
    8 tbsp Vinegar
    1 tbsp Turmeric, ground
    300g Mixed Vegetables, frozen
    3 large Potato, cubed
    2 cups Water, tap

Directions

Cook rice.
Brown beef until done. Add onions and fry for a few minutes. Add curry powder, turmeric, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir well.
Add potatoes and water (as desired). Cook until potatoes are done.
Add mixed veg and simmer for few more minutes.
