Ingredients

    500 grams lean beef
    4 onions
    1 cup red wine
    3 cups beef stock
    2 tablespoons flour
    2 teaspoons sugar
    50 grams Canadian bacon

Directions

brown off bacon chunks and cubed beef.
sprinkle flour
cook at 180 c for ages, until beef is completely tender and lovely.
