Ingredients

    1 cups water, warm
    2 tsp dry yeast
    3 cups flour
    2 tsp salt

Directions

Homemade Pizza Dough - top with whatever you like
Mix warm water with yeast and let stand for a few minutes
Mix flour and salt together
Mix 1/2 of flour mixture into liquid, then add the rest of the flour and knead together
Roll out thin for a crispy crust, or thicker for a softer, chewy crust.
Pre-cook dough on a baking sheet covered with cornmeal, flipping once (to avoid a soggy crust once toppings are added)
Once crust is partially cooked, pull out and top with favorite sauce, cheese and toppings, then put back in the oven until cheese is bubbly.
