Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Cups steel cut oats
    2 cups milk (this is based on 2%)
    2 cups water
    1tsp cinnamon
    1tsp vanilla extract
    raw sugar, honey, or brown sugar to taste

Directions

spray your crock pot with non stick cooking spray, and all ingredients cook on low (overnight) for 8-10 hours. you likely will need to add some milk to thin it up before serving.
