Crock Pot Apple Butter

Ingredients

    Apples, peeled and chopped into 1/2-inch pieces: enough to fill your crock pot (approx. 6-8) (I don't peel mine)
    1 tsp. ground allspice
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 c. brown sugar

Directions

Put apples into crock pot. Mix dry ingredients, pour over apples. Stir mixture well.
Set crock pot on low. Stir after two hours, and continue to cook on low 5-8 hours, stirring occasionally.
Taste and adjust spices as necessary. Continue to cook until you reach desired flavor and texture.
