Creamy Pumpkin Soup

Introduction

I just threw this together, and it was SO good. I had it cold, but it could also be heated. Mix up a whole batch and refrigerate for later. I just threw this together, and it was SO good. I had it cold, but it could also be heated. Mix up a whole batch and refrigerate for later.

Ingredients

    3/4 cup canned pumpkin
    1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    2 tsp Splenda sugar substitute or sugar
    1 cup Very Vanilla Soy Milk

Directions

This is a single serving. Just mix it up and enjoy! You can have it cold or hot. Put it in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, keep heating until it's the right temperature. Add more spices or sugar, depending on how it tastes. Less milk makes it thicker, more makes it creamier. AND, if you had pumpkin spice coffee creamer, you could add a dash of that too.
