Potato Bake

Introduction

Nice and creamy... bit too creamy maybe, but delicious!! Nice and creamy... bit too creamy maybe, but delicious!!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1kg potatoes, par boiled, 1cm slices
    250g bacon bits
    250g sliced mushrooms
    2 cups half and half cream
    1 med onion, chopped
    2 cups, cheddar cheese, grated
    OPTIONAL: 1 clove garlic

Directions

Preheat oven to 180deg C
Par boil potatoes
Fry onions and bacon till done.
Layer sliced potatoes, then onion and bacon and mushrooms till all is done into oven dish
Pour cream over followed by cheese
Cover with tin foil
Bake in oven for 1 hr
Enjoy!!
