Introduction

This is a delicious, rich but also healthy company for any coffe or just as a snack. The original recipe asked for 3.5 oz of almonds instead of the walnuts, but I didnīt have any at home and the result was spectacular.

Ingredients

    Grated lemond rind (of 1 lemond)
    2 eggs
    3.5 oz grated carrots
    2.6 oz granulated sugar
    0.5 oz plain white flour
    3.0 oz chopped walnuts
    2 tbsp Kirsch (I added hazelnut liquour instead)

Directions

In a bowl: Wirsk very well the eggs, the grated lemonds rind, kirsch and the sugar all together.
In another bowl: add the walnuts, the flour, the carrots. Mix tehm very well.
Then mix the ingredients of the 2 bowls in 1 and mix them really well.
Lightly grease a baking pan, add the mixtur and put it in the oven. 350 Fš (180Cš) for 20 minutes. Enjoy it!
