Very tasty for little calories.

Ingredients


    700g mushrooms
    50g onion
    100ml skimmed milk
    1l of water
    veggie stock cube
    nutmeg
    black pepper

Directions


Add mushrooms and stock to water. Boil for 15 mins. Blend and add milk. Add nutmeg and blackpepper to taste.
