Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    La Tortilla Factory, Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla, 1 wrap (50 cal)

    Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)

    Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 tbsp

Directions

Spread 1 tbsp peanut butter on the whole wheat wrap. Peel the banana and roll it into the wrap. Enjoy!

    Made this this afternoon as I was really craving something sweet. Added in 20 grams of toasted hazelnuts too and it was lovely, really helped my sweet tooth but still managed to stay well within my goals. - 10/13/10

    i just luv this recipe. most of the snacks on here are non vegitarian or don't taste that good. but this 1 is both and its 1 of the more healthy 1's <3 - 8/19/09

    We've made this recipe tons at our house! We also put marshmallow creme in it and sometimes jamm or jelly too. It probably isn't as diet when you do all that, but it sure is GOOD!!!!!!!!! - 10/7/07

    Great on the go snack for summer. My kids eat them up! ...OK I do too. =o) I use natural peanut butter and whole wheat tortillas. Plant based protien, fiber, and fruit all in one handheld snack. - 7/15/10
