Introduction

Recipe from the back of the box, modified for extra fiber with flaxseed, and changed amount of milk & eggs, added spices. Recipe from the back of the box, modified for extra fiber with flaxseed, and changed amount of milk & eggs, added spices.

Ingredients

    2 cups Hodgson Mills Whole Wheat Insta-Bake
    1/4 cup Hodgson Milled Flaxseed
    1 whole egg
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp Pompeian OlivExtra Plus Omega 3 DHA
    3/4 cup 2% milk
    1/2 cup water
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg

Directions

Mix all ingredients - add more water to your desired consistency.
BOX says to use 1/4 cup per pancake, to make 10 - 12 pancakes.
"I" use 1/2 cup per serving, More Or Less. Makes 4, 6" pancakes.
