Ingredients

    1pkg yeast
    1/2c warm water
    1/2 c warm milk
    1tbsp sugar
    1/3 butter
    1 tbsp salt
    1 egg
    31/2 c flour
    fillling:
    2Tbsp butter
    1/4 sugar
    2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

dissolve yeast in warm water. stir in milk,sugar,butter,salt,egg &2 c flour. beat until smooth mix in enogh remaining flour to make dough easy to handle. turn dough onto lightly floured surface knead until smooht( 5 mins).Place in a greased bowl, turn dough until double(11/2 hours) keep warm punch down dough shape let rise. Filling: roll dough into rectangle shape. spraed the butter over the dough.mix sugar and cinnamon together.sprinkle over the buttered dough. roll up tightly.pinch the edge & seal. Stretch roll to make even. cut into slices place slighly apart in greased pan let rise for 40 mins. bake at 375 for 26-30 mins if you like you can top with glaze but, it good without and not as sweet(glaze 1 c icing sugar ,1 tbsp milk,1/2 vanilla)
