Ingredients

    3/4 Cup Trader Joe's Just Almond Meal
    3/4 Arrowhead Mills Organic Soy Flour
    2 Tb + 1tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp XYLITOL
    1/2 Salt
    2/3 Cup Water
    1 Cup Egg Substite, Lucerne Best of the Egg
    1 1/3 Cup Trader Joe's Half and Half
    1/3 Cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
    4 Butter, unsalted

Directions

Sift all dry ingredients together. Do not sift individually to measure. Whip all liquid ingredients together, except for butter. Make a well in dry ingredients and add wet ingredients, except for butter. Combine just until wet. Add butter and combine. Do not over mix. Heat griddle and cook pancakes as normal.
