Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 lb ground chicken
    46oz V8 low sodium vegetable juice
    Pinto beans(large can 28-29oz)
    Chili beans(large can 28-29oz)
    chili powder and onion powder(or flakes) to taste
    cayenne pepper to taste

Directions

brown ground meat, drain and rinse.
Place back in skillet and add beans, seasonings and juice. Simmer 1-2 hours.
