Introduction

This is my husbands recipe & only entered with guesstimate amounts as he makes it all without measuring the ingredients. Entering this to get a close guess on the calorie content. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 pork sausage patties
    3 cups 2% milk
    1/3 cup white flour

Directions

Cook sausage in either a deep pan or a large iron skillet - do not drain. After sausage is thoroughly cooked, chop into smaller pieces with a spatula. Add flour to the sausage and 2 cups of the milk. Mix well with a fork. Allow gravy to cook and thicken up, stirring every 3 to 5 minutes. If gravy is getting too thick add more milk. Cooking time is 35 to 45 minutes depending on how thick you want the gravy.
Serve with over-medium eggs and biscuits..
