    2-1/2 pounds ground beef
    1/2 pound ground pork
    1 teaspoons salt
    1-1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
    1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
    3/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    3/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/4 cup cider vinegar


Crumble beef and pork into a large bowl. Combine the seasonings; sprinkle over meat. Add vinegar and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Shape meat mixture into 2-1/2-in. patties. In a large skillet, cook patties over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 160 and juices run clear. Yield: 2-1/2 dozen.
