Hamburger Soup

Introduction

Thanks to my mother in law, a favorite soup in our house has a unique flavor and is fully satisfying! Thanks to my mother in law, a favorite soup in our house has a unique flavor and is fully satisfying!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 can of V8 juice
    1lb of lean ground beef
    1lb of baby carrots, shredded
    1 can of light cream of celery soup plus 1 can of water
    3 medium onions blended

Directions

Boil the beef until done then drain. Add the can of V8, shredded carrots, can of cream of celery soup and can of water. Blend 3 medium onions in the blender until smooth, add to pot. Boil the soup for 15 minutes then simmer for an additional 45 minutes. Delicious topped with Colby cheese if desired. Makes 12 1.5 cup servings.
