Ingredients

    1 cup dry lentils
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    4 cups water
    2 cloves garlic
    curry powder
    salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Season to taste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes until lentils are desired tenderness.
