Hot Curry Noodles

Introduction

A special treat for our family. These noodles have enough zip to satisfy dad, but are mild enough for the kids A special treat for our family. These noodles have enough zip to satisfy dad, but are mild enough for the kids
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 tsp Sugar
    2 tbsp Water
    1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
    2 tsp Curry Powder
    1/4 package Dry Wheat Noodles
    3 tbsp Peanut Oil
    Chopped green/red/yellow peppers for garnish

Directions

Combine the first 5 ingredients and set aside. Cook the noodles as directed, rince and drain.

Heat a pan large enough to stir noodles. Add peanut oil and noodles, stirring until they are well coated. Add sauce mixture and stir until hot. Garnish with peppers and serve on a heated platter.
