Ingredients

    Burgers:
    18 oz salmon fillets, skinned and chopped
    2 Tbsp chopped red onion
    1 egg
    2 tsp grated lemon rind
    2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 Tbsp olive oil

    Sauce:
    2 oz cream cheese
    1/4 c heavy cream
    1/4 c chopped fresh dill
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Combine salmon, red onion, egg, rind, juice and pepper. Form into 6 patties. Chill for 2 hours.

In a saucepan, combine cream cheese and heavy cream until cream cheese is melted. Remove from heat. Stir in dill, salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 3 minutes per side or until done. Serve topped with the creamy dill sauce.
