Tasty and cool, full of fiber and protein, great for hot weather! Similar to another recipe I found on the site, but with added brown sugar and the right calorie content. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup quick oats
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 tsp brown sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    25 raisins

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a plastic container, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy in the morning!
