Easy Mexican Chicken

    5 ounces of boneless, skinless chicken breast
    0.25 cup of salsa
    2 ounces of shredded cheese


Pound the chicken so that it is thin and easy to fold in half.
Add most of the salsa and the shredded cheese to half of the chicken breast.
Fold the chicken breast over the filling.
Add remainder of salsa and cheese to the top of the chicken.
Bake at 385 C for 10 mins.
Bake at 350 C for 15 mins, or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle and juices run clear.
