Low Carb Cheesecake Dessert

Mousse type dessert, great flavor, low carbs and easy to make! Mousse type dessert, great flavor, low carbs and easy to make!Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients

1 package (8 oz.) Cream Cheese (regular or 1/3 less fat)
1 carton Heavy Whipping Cream (1 pint)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 package SF Jello mix, lemon (or you can use another flavor)
Directions
Let cream cheese get to room temperature.
Disolve Jell-O with 1/4 cup boiling water, stir until completely disolved. Set aside.
Whip cream until it coats the mixers, about 2-3 minutes.
Add vanilla to cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add the Jell-O to the cream cheese and beat until all incorporated.
Fold in 2 cups of the whipped cream.
Refrigerate until ready to eat!
Great topped with fresh berries or on its own with a little whipped cream (add the extra carbs). Makes about 6-8 half cup servings.
