1 pound lean ground beef
4 - 6 medium potatoes, quartered
3 large carrots, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can 2% milk
salt & pepper to taste
Cook potatoes and carrots til almost tender.
Mix the meat with potatoes and carrots in a 2 quart casserole dish.
Mix soup and milk til smooth and pour over the meat and vegetables.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
