Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Marrinade:
    3 tbs lite soy sauce
    2 tbs rice vinegar
    1 ibs. rice wine
    1 tsp brown sugar
    3 cloves of garlic crushed
    1 tsp ginger powder

    Topping:
    1 tbs bottled Thai peanut sauce (~ 30 cal per tbs) per 2, 2 oz. skewers

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together
Marrinade chicken (may substitute lean beef or prok but will need to recalculate calories) for several hours, at least 1 hour in refrigarator.
Soak wooden skewers in cold water to prevent burning.
Skewer ~ 2 oz of chicken onto sticks
Grill on charcoal grill.
Top 2 x 2 oz. (total 4 oz. chicken) with 1 tbs bottled Thai peanut sauce.
