    Tahini, 2 tbsp
    3 cloves garlic
    Lemon juice 1 1/2 tbsp


Babaganoush: place eggplant, tahini, lemon juice and 3 cloves garlic in food processor. Process until mixture is a smooth pase. Add salt to taste.
