3 boneless skinless chicken breasts cubes
2C broccoli chopped
2 carrots chopped
1C onions chopped
1C red pepper chopped
2cl garlic crusshed
3T olive oil
3 cans chicken broth
2 jars alfredo sauce
1T parmesan cheese
brown chicken in 2T olive oil and set aside.
add 1T olive oil, and brown the garlic
add the chopped vegetables and saute for 5-10 minutes.
add chicken broth and bring to boil then add alfredo sauce.
when heated through add the chicken and parmesan
divide into 8 bowls and serve.
