Introduction

You can use any kind of chicken, I just happened to have chicken legs. My dad is anti-health conscience and he loves this. You can use any kind of chicken, I just happened to have chicken legs. My dad is anti-health conscience and he loves this.

Ingredients

    8 chicken legs no skin
    1 packet hidden valley ranch dressing mix
    1 cup crushed corn flakes
    1 egg white beaten until fluffy

Directions

Mix the crushed corn flakes and ranch mix .
Dip the chicken in the egg white
Dip in cornflake mix.
Bake for 45 mins at 400 degrees or until internal temp reaches 165 on a greased cookie sheet or shallow baking dish.
