    * Cucumber (peeled), 1 large (8-1/4" long) (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
    * Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Cabbage, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped (remove)

Directions

wash it all cut it up and toss together
