1/2 pound of extra lean ground beef
1 can of Campbell's Tomato Soup
1/4 cup of raw chopped onions
1 tablespoon garlic powder
3 cups Whole Wheat Macaroni
2. Brown 1/2 pound of extra lean ground beef with chopped onions and 1 tbps garlic powder.
3. Mix whole wheat macaroni with beef mixture.
4. Pour condensed tomato soup over mixture and mix well.
Serve hot with a side of vegetables of your choice.
