Crab and Cauliflower Chowder

Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 cups caulifower
    1 14 oz can chicken broth
    1/2 c chopped red bell pepper
    1/2 c chopped celery
    1 1/2 tsp lemon peel
    1 1/2 c fat free milk
    8oz lump crab meat
    2 tbsp fresh dill
    2 tsp paprika
    1 tsp sea salt (i use red alae sea salt that has tons of minerals)


Directions

Serves 4

1. )In a large saucepan combine cauliflower, broth, bell pepper, celery and lemon peel. Bring to boiling and reduce heat. Cover and simmer 6-8 minutes.

2.) Stir together milk with a pinch of rice flour and add to soup mixture. Bring to boiling.

3.) Gently stir in crabmeat, heat through and season.
