Chicken Noodle Casserole

Introduction

Delicious way to use leftover chicken noodles! Delicious way to use leftover chicken noodles!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups of fine noodles
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (I use 98% fat free)
    1/2 cup of non fat evaporated milk
    1 T. Worchestershire sauce
    1 cup of cooked cubed chicken breast
    2/3 cup of chopped celery
    1/4 cup of chopped pimento
    1 cup of dry bread crumbs (I use double fiber healthy choice)
    1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions

Cook noodles in boiling salted water. Drain and combine rest of ingredients except the bread crumbs and butter.

Combine melted butter and bread crumbs to form topping and sprinkle on top of noodle mixture.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes

Makes 8 servings
