I like to make this the night before so that all the flavors have a chance to mix. This is a summertime favorite!
I like to make this the night before so that all the flavors have a chance to mix.
1 box Rozoni Smart Taste Elbow Pasta
2 cans Bumble Bee Tiny Shrimp (I usually use one pound of frozen salad shrimp)
1/2 medium Green Pepper chopped
1 med Red Ripe Tomato chopped
1/4 to 1/2 cup Sweet Onion chopped (these are optional)
1/4 cup Celery chopped
4 cups of Light Mayonnaise
Mortons Nature Seasoning to taste or use your favorite seasoning (not included in nutritional information)
Cook the elbow pasta according to directions. For this recipe I like the noodles firm
Cool the pasta under cold water and mix all ingredients together.
Salad is better when it sets overnight, but is good to eat right after you make it.
