Adam's Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients

    1 pound chicken
    2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
    2 cups fresh mushrooms
    10 tbsp H. T. Traders Teriyaki Sauce
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive OIl
    1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice
    1 tsp ginger, ground
    1 tbsp butter, salted
    1 cup water

Directions

Make rice according to package instructions in microwave. While rice is cooking, put 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a pan with the tsp of mince garlic. Saute for a minute, then add chicken. After cooking for a few minutes, add mushrooms to skillet. After chicken has cooked almost through, cut chicken into small pieces. This can also be done to the chicken before cooking if you wish. When the chicken and mushrooms are almost done, add the broccoli and water. Cover the pan and steam the broccoli. When rice is done and chicken and veggies are done, then add half a bottle of teriyaki sauce. Stir through and warm. Then serve.
