Creamy Paprika Chicken (OAMC)

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
    Paprika, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Roasting Chicken, light meat, 2 cup, chopped or diced
    Chicken Broth, 0.33 cup (8 fl oz)
    Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped
    Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped
    Water, tap, 0.25 fl oz
    Cornstarch, 0.25 cup

Directions

Assembly Directions: Cook a whole chicken and cut up pieces. Place 2 cups of Chicken in Freezer bag. Sprinkle cut up onions on top. Mix chicken broth, paprika and salt in a small dish. Pour over chicken. Remove air from bag. Seal label and freeze.

Serving Directions: Completely thaw chicken in refridgerator. (Take out 2 days before you want to use and place in refridgerator) On the morning you are going to use this recipe spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken mixture in slow cooker. Cook chicken on love for 7- 9 hour or on high 3-4 hours.

When your nearly ready to eat. Prepare your favorite noodles. While those are cooking. Remove chicken and onion from slow cooker. Turn slow cooker temp to high. Mix cornstarch and water in small mixing bowl. Pour the mixtrue into the slow cooker strring as you add. Cook until thickeed. Add the sour cream and chives. Stir to mix. Drain noodles and place equal amounts of chicken on each plate Pour sauce over chicken and noodles. Enjoy!
