Introduction

Cut steak into thin stips. Grill on George Formen grill or In large pan add olive oil and stir fry all vegetables until tender. Place 3 oz meat and vegetables as desired in each tortilla wrap. Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Cabbage, fresh, 0.50 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia)
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips
    Beef, round steak, 12 oz
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Whole Wheat Tortilla, 4 serving

Directions

In Frying pain heat olive oil. Slice beef into small bite size pieces and brown in oil. Add cabbage, onion and pepers, salt and peper to taste. Wrap mixer in tortilla wrap.
