Turkey chili loaded w/ veggies

Introduction

A delicious high protein turkey chili, that cooks while you're at work! A delicious high protein turkey chili, that cooks while you're at work!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Olive oil
    16 oz Lean ground turkey
    3/4 Yellow onion diced
    2 tbsp Taco seasoning
    2 Zucchini, sliced
    3 Carrots, sliced
    1 cup Chicken broth
    1 can Kidney beans
    1 can Garbanzo beans
    1 jar Prego tomato sauce
    dash of Salt + pepper
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook onions until almost translucent. Add in ground turkey and taco seasonings, cook until well browned all over.
In a crock pot combine the ground turkey mixture and all other ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high for 5 hours or low for 8-9 hours, or until the veggies are tender.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Makes 8 servings
