Introduction

Great to make ahead and freeze.
Made small enough to serve as a appetizer with your favorite sauce, or smaller meatballs allow you to control portion sizes when served as and entree with spaghetti, or swedish meatballs.

Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    1 lb 93% lean Ground Beef
    20 saltine crackers crushed (about 1c.)
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 T. Lea & Perrins Worchestershire Sauce
    1 T. Ketchup
    1 lg Egg
    1 t. garlic powder
    1 t. ground sage

Directions


Preheat oven to 375

Mix all ingredients.
Shape into balls, approx 1 1/4 in diameter
Place on rack in a shallow pan and bake at 375 for 20 min.

Yeild 36 meatballs. 1 meatball per serving.
