Ingredients

1 tsp Canola or other oil
2 cans Campbell's 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup 2 cans green beans, drained
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups French's Fried Onion Rings
3 Chicken Breasts
Suggested Spices (use some or add others):
Thyme
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Black Pepper
Ground Fennel
Cayenne Pepper
Ground Coriander
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Take spices of your choice and mix together in a small bowl
Mix green beans, milk, pepper, mushroom soup and 1 cup of French's in a large casserole dish (i.e. the typical French's recipe)
Cut the chicken into small, nugget-sized bites, flash fry in a pan with a small amount of canola oil (It can handle higher heat) until the outside is browned. Sprinkle spices on the meat and then mix it into the casserole dish (don't worry if the insides are pink)
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, add a top coating of 1/2 cup of French's, bake for another 15 minutes
