Low Carb Turkey Meatballs

Introduction

Boiled not fried! Boiled not fried!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 pound raw ground turkey
    1 medium egg
    2 tsp crushed garlic
    1/2 cup parsley

Directions

In large fry pan on stove top, boil 1-1/2 inches of water.

Break egg up with a fork in a mixing bowl.
Add turkey, garlic and parsley. Mix well with hands. Make tsp size meat balls.

Gently drop meatballs into boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.

Discard water.

You can place meatballs into your favorite sauce or soup broth or let cool and freeze in baggies.

Makes approximately 30 meatballs.
