5 leek bulbs (take out the outside leaf) shredded
1/4 cup of bread crumbs
1/4 cup of emmental (shredded)
Sautéd shredded leeks on Medium heat until soft
In a greased baking dish, place the cooked leeks. Cover with breadcrumbs and shredded emmental. Bake for 20 minutes at 325 F.
