Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    half bagette
    2 short frankfurters
    2 slices tomato chopped
    2 slices cooked ham
    basil leaves
    2 slices mozzarella

Directions

Cut the half bagette in half. Take most of the crumbles away. Put in the oven for 2 or 3 minutes so the inside of the halves gets crunchy. Cover each with the tomato. Wrap each frankfurter in a slice of ham and place on top of the tomato. Cover with a slice of mozzarela. Sprinkle with basil leaves chunks. Grate.

Makes 2 servings
