Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

    3 oz of cooked and cubed chicken breast
    2 oz low fat shredded cheddar cheese
    2 tbsp chopped red onion
    1/2 cup chopped tomato
    48 oz of baked tortilla chips
    2 tsp taco seasoning
    4 large black olives (sliced)

Directions

On a platter put baked tortilla chips. Mix chicken with taco seasoning than sprinkle chicken on tortilla chips. Add red onions, tomatoes, black olives, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Microwave until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
